Sound Bowl Meditation: An Evening for Mental Wellness

Give yourself an hour to slow down, breathe, and reconnect.

Handmade Tibetan sound bowls made of seven sacred metals, arranged on the floor

Join Emily Curry for a guided sound bowl meditation designed to create space for relaxation, reflection, and emotional well-being. Through meditation and the resonant vibrations of traditional Tibetan sound bowls, you'll be invited to step away from the noise of everyday life and focus inward.

Sound meditation can be a calming practice that supports stress reduction, relaxation, and greater awareness of the mind and body. No prior meditation or yoga experience is necessary — just come as you are.
