Group therapy at SteadyRise offers a safe, confidential space to connect with others walking a similar path. Led by a skilled facilitator, each group is structured to help members share, learn, and grow together.
We move at a pace that honors everyone's readiness. You don't have to share more than you want, and you'll never be put on the spot. The group itself becomes part of the healing.

What sessions look like

Group sessions are typically 60–90 minutes and may meet weekly or biweekly. Groups are offered in person at our Dunmore office, online across Pennsylvania, or in a hybrid format depending on the group.
